Outsourced Marketing Group, or OMG, is a boutique corporate event
management and marketing firm based in Miami, Florida.
With over 25 years of combined domestic and international experience,
OMG focuses on customized corporate events and marketing programs
with personalized service and you as our priority.
Our team
OMG is led by passionate professionals, Diana Elian-Vazquez and Betty Balli.
Meet Diana Elian-Vazquez
I started my career at Young & Rubicam/Media Edge in Miami, where I planned media campaigns in Latin America for high-profile clients such as United Airlines, Star Alliance, Animal Planet, and Mercedes Benz. I was an integral part of the team and participated in strategy creation and brand meetings where I became well acquainted with events and brand development.
In 2004, I joined Discovery Networks Latin America as a Sales Marketing Specialist were I developed and fulfilled B2B marketing initiatives all over Latin America. These initiatives included Upfront Events, Sales Conferences, and Trainings.
After being promoted to Sales Marketing Manager, I went on to manage up to five regions simultaneously, and the internal communications within different departments in Advertising Sales. In this role, I supported the sales force in attaining their revenue goals by providing them with Sales Marketing plans that cemented relationships between clients and executives while highlighting the Discovery brands.
I developed Marketing strategies that focused on Events, VIP Trips, and Collateral Material, in addition to Sales Conferences and Trainings. I also developed an expertise in multitasking and managing key projects for various territories.
Looking for more flexibility and to fulfill my entrepreneur desire, while maintaining my passion for marketing, I created Footprint Marketing, INC., where I assisted clients in attaining their marketing goals through the development of events and other initiatives.
As a Colombia native, I moved to Miami at the age of 14. In 2000, I graduated from FAU with a double major in Marketing and International Business. I reside in Miami and am fluent in both Spanish and English.
Meet Betty Balli
With over 15 years of marketing and event management experience, I have been a B2B marketing executive for major companies such Amadeus, Elizabeth Arden and Ask Jeeves.
At Amadeus, I managed over 80 marketing initiatives per year, almost half of which consisted of corporate events. Event development and management included domestic and international customer VIP events, road shows, trade shows and exhibits, virtual shows, sales meetings and conferences. In addition, I have worked on major branding initiatives and campaigns including product launches, advertising, direct mail, e-marketing such as e-mails and e-newsletters, collateral and sales material development, website creation, etc. I led the marketing efforts for acquisition and retention of the travel agency channel within Amadeus, including customer segmentation, value proposition development, marketing strategy and planning.
As a Marketing Brand Manager at Elizabeth Arden, I managed the brand equity, product development and product performance for major distributed and manufactured brands, including Azzaro, Oscar de la Renta, Swiss Army, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Aramis and all Tommy Hilfiger brands. With strong budgeting skills, I managed the annual marketing budgets for each brand and worked with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop the overall promotional and product strategies, including pricing, quantity forecasts, revenue targets and key selling points.
I hold a Master of Science in Mass Communications as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University and am a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA). A native of Caracas, Venezuela, I have spent most of my life living and working in Miami, Florida, and am fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
